How the Program Works
Progression Made Easy
Start earning VIP Points from your very first spin. The more you play, the more you move up. Each tier unlocks generous perks, exclusive deals, and custom experiences just for you.
Monthly Progress Windows
Every calendar month, your VIP Points reset. You’ll begin fresh on the 1st of the month, but your tier status from the previous month stays with you. If you reach a new tier during the month, you’ll hold that tier for the rest of the month—and potentially beyond, depending on your activity.
Status Freeze
Some higher tiers include a Status Freeze benefit. This means your current tier can be locked in for an extra month, even if your activity drops (see ‘Example Progression’ below).
Tier Hold Points
To stay in your current tier for the next month, you’ll need to earn the Tier Hold Points shown in the table above. If you don’t hit that mark, you may move to a lower tier at the start of the next month—unless your Status Freeze kicks in.
Example Progression
Let’s say a player reaches Tier 6 in January and earns a 1-month Status Freeze.
In February, they don’t reach the tier hold threshold. Status Freeze activates.
In March, if the tier hold threshold isn’t met again, they’ll move down to Tier 5.
